Hi BVC’ers!

Last week I wrote you about the HOUSE RENOVATION plans and where we were in the process. We had our meeting with the Planning Commission and, as Dennis Wilkison (our very good point person) discovered, we received a very good planner! Many thanks for your prayers. We found out that the cost to submit to the Planning Commission had gone up but that’s ok because through your generosity, we had the funds! Praise the Lord! We will now wait to see what we need to do in order to present before the BUILDING COMMISSION later this year. Continue to pray!

COMMUNITY FAMILY FESTIVAL is almost upon us! Hard to believe that it’s only 9 days away now. Thanks for bringing in the candy for the Easter Egg Hunt (we could call it a RESURRECTION EGG HUNT too). I’m looking forward to welcoming the surrounding neighborhood to our campus … we still need candy and volunteers. This is, as you know, a big event which requires adequate staff and supervision. You can still sign-up on Sunday, April 14.

EASTER is April 21. I trust that you’ve found time to invite someone to come with you. Everyone in this world needs to hear the greatest story ever told. Everyone in this world needs hope and encouragement. Our service on Easter will provide exactly that. Please be in prayer that that service glorifies God!
