Hi BVC’ers!

As I look around THE HOUSE, I seen over 3,000 plastic eggs just waiting to be filled and then laid out for the Easter Egg Hunts we’ll be having on Saturday, April 15, and Sunday, April 16. The eggs are bright, cheerful, and decorated! Finding them and opening them will be a huge treat for all the children participating in the hunts!!

Seeing all the preparations going on reminds me of the days leading up to the resurrection of Jesus. First, there was Passover to be readied and participated. Second, there were the trials. Third, there was the walk up to Calvary. Fourth, there was the crucifixion and fifth, the resurrection. This is the most glorious time of the year and I trust that you’re going to participate in sharing this good news with someone this Easter season.

This Sunday will be the egg stuffing! Please plan to stay after church and stuff some of these 3,000 eggs!! Sunday, April 9 will be a short meeting for all those involved with CFF. Eloisa Fortes will be speaking to all of us after church and she’ll have important information that you will want to hear! Saturday April 15, from 11-3 is the COMMUNITY FAMILY FESTIVAL. Set-up begins at 8 a.m.! Activities begin at 11 and close at 3 p.m. Plan on the Easter Egg Hunt around 1 p.m. Then Sunday, April 16, is RESURRECTION SUNDAY at 10:30 a.m. Do be praying about someone you can invite to come with you to hear the good news!!

We do the CFF because we want people to know about Jesus and His resurrection! There’s nothing greater to share.

Have a great rest of the week and I’m looking forward to seeing each of you in church this weekend!!
Love, Pastor Chuck
