It won’t be much longer before we’re welcoming our neighbors and friends to the COMMUNITY FAMILY FESTIVAL. This year the CFF will be held on Saturday, April 15, from 11-3 p.m. There are going to be some new additions to our Festival which I think you’ll all enjoy. This is a perfect opportunity to invite friends, co-workers, family members, and our neighbors to come to this event. On April 2, there will be “egg-stuffing” after church as well as going to various homes and personally inviting people to come. Eloisa Fortes is the point person for this event and has done a great job in organizing and conceptualizing what we’ll be doing. Already several have signed up to assist and if you’d like to join in the fun, please use your registration card on Sunday, March 26, or April 2 or 9, to let her know. We’ll have more information soon.
CANDY IS BEING COLLECTED on March 26, April 2, and April 9. We only ask that NO CHOCOLATE be brought (it melts). All candy must be wrapped. Look for the baskets and/or boxes located in either the house or the lobby in the main building.
CFF APRIL 9th MEETING: After church will be a short meeting for all who are volunteering at the Community Family Festival. Please be sure to stay for this important meeting.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29: 6-8 p.m. at 4001 N. First Street. We’re returning to the 2nd HARVEST FOOD BANK. If you’ve been, you know what fun it is to assist this important ministry here in our area. If you’ve never been, let me encourage you to come!! It really is a lot of fun and you feel good after participating!!
SUNDAY, MARCH 26: the 2nd and final class on EVANGELISM TRAINING will take place at 9 a.m. (in the House). Come with your homework completed!! This class will be repeated in early October for those who missed it this time around.
