Hi BVC’ers!

It’s absolutely beautiful — it’s raining as I type this! What an answer to prayer all this rain has been and we’re so fortunate to be receiving each and every drop! It got me to thinking about how often we don’t pray about things as we should. The Scripture instructs us that we are to pray without ceasing (in other words, all the time)! It’s amazing what happens when we do pray — burdens are lifted from us by One who loves us. Blood pressure goes down. We get to see results from God’s handiwork. And we get to praise God and glorify His name for His wondrous deeds. I wanted to encourage you to pray more often and with deeper conviction as God uses prayer in mighty ways…not only to change our hearts and minds but also to work in situations we thought were hopeless. Perhaps you’re facing a crisis of decision and you don’t know which way to go — PRAY. Perhaps you’re thinking of a career change or just a change in departments — PRAY. Perhaps you’re facing a conflict and wondering how to resolve it — PRAY. Perhaps you’ve been blessed beyond measure — PRAY. Tell God all about it! Perhaps He’s waiting to hear from you today!!
