HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I trust you are enjoying 2017 a lot so far and looking forward to good things and blessings from the Lord. It is stated in the Old Testament that God displays new blessings to us each day — what a wonderful thing to look forward to!! And God never tires of displaying these blessings either. I think that’s marvelous.
This coming Sunday, January 8, I’ll be speaking on THE PURPOSE OF BERRYESSA VALLEY CHURCH. I hope you’re planning to be here and find encouragement through God’s Word. Coming up on Sunday, January 22, is our 2017 Annual Meeting. By now you should have received a letter from me in the mail complete with nominations and 2017 Faith Budget. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask them.
THIS SATURDAY, January 7, beginning at 9:30 a.m., we need some assistance in taking down our Christmas decorations. Please note that it takes less time to take them down than it does to put them up so we should be completely done before 11 a.m. Hope to see you at 9:30 a.m.!
WOMEN’S RETREAT is coming up February 3-5 in Monterey! Ladies, you don’t want to miss this fantastic time!! Men’s Retreat is just around the corner as well!
