It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…everywhere you go. Once again neighbors are outside putting up decorations and lights. I watched as the little boy who lives across the street from me was getting all excited to do precisely that (being helped by his Dad). There’s nothing quite like this time of year.
And 2016 is a special kind of year because Christmas Day falls on Sunday. It’s a great time to be with family and friends and we’re offering two special services: Christmas Eve at 7:30 p.m. and Christmas Day at 10:30 a.m. A time to come together and marvel again at the gift of Jesus. We’ll be singing some classic Christmas carols, we’ll hear some very special music, and we’ll again delve into the Word to become fascinated anew with the Christmas story.
