Hi BVC’ers!

Luke 2:19 tells us “But Mary treasured all these things, pondering them in her heart.” Two questions come to my mind upon reading that verse:

#1: When you think back upon your life, what things have you treasured in your heart that God has done?

#2: When you think back upon your life, what things have you pondered in your heart that God has done?

God has done some pretty marvelous and wonderful things in my own life since I first accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was in high school. But the wonderful and marvelous things He’s done started many years before that (although I wasn’t completely aware of it at the time). I’ve tucked many of these memories away in my heart and take them out periodically to just praise Him for His goodness and generosity.

But how ’bout you? What wonderful memories have you tucked away in your own heart that God has done? In what ways do these memories lead you to praise Him and thank Him over and over? Each of us has them … and the ability to see the faithfulness of God in all situations buoys us in the midst of ferocious storms.
